When should I arrive for my appointment?
You should arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. You will need to fill out paperwork and parking can sometimes be tricky. Will I be responsible for making any payments the day of my visit?
you will be responsible for your co-pay or a percentage of your deductible. that information is usually available by calling the customer service number located on the back of your insurance card.
